For a little look behind the scenes, we thought we’d take you through the process…

We consult you at every stage of development, so you always know what’s going on – and we send you pictures of our progress to make sure you’re happy.

GRETTING

After finding out exactly what you want, we source the best possible materials and put together a plan of action. That means choosing the most comfortable, light, best-looking options available.

MAKING

Then we get to work with the 3D modelling. Here, the priorities are accuracy to the original design, comfort and how well you’re able to move in it. No detail is ever left out. Quality is everything.

QA

Once the project is completed (and tested – we do a ‘run, skip and jump’ test in each one!) …you’ll be the first to know. We’re proud of every single creation, so this is our favourite part of the process.

The machines that will make your ideas a reality​

We’re lucky enough to have two state-of-the-art 3D printers, which means we can print up to 1m2.

We use one for the bulk of the job and the second one to make the delicate or complicated parts – like eyes, glasses, nails and teeth. The level of detail we can achieve is incredible.

We can perform vacuum forming on EN Polyestyrene ABS and PVC plastics.

We also have a laser cutting machine, which we use to print and cut our clients’ logos.
